Play the Parks returns to in person this year to celebrate its 10th Season!
This free concert series kicks-off with an exciting event at Yonge-Dundas Square stage on June 22, with performances by Francesco Yates, Jesse Gold, TRP.P and Alex Kade!
This also launches Downtown Yonge neighbourhood as your arts and culture destination this summer.
This year’s Play the Parks will feature 50 live-concerts happening weekly from June 27 to September 7 at the following locations – College Park, Trinity Square, McGill and Granby Parkettes and more!
It will feature a wide range of musical styles and genres by local Canadian artists. It will include World, Latin, Funk, Jazz, Calypso, Reggae, Afro, Rock, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Folk/Country, Blues, Electronic, Classical and artists with Indigenous roots.
Some locations will include Farmers’ Market, Bike clinics and movie nights. Play the Parks is always open to everyone and free of charge.
