Start your week strong with Motivation Monday! Join us at College Park Courtyard every Monday evening from 6–7PM for free outdoor fitness classes led by certified YMCA Greater Toronto trainers!

Just show up, move your body, and feel good. Whether you’re a fitness pro or just starting out, this is your time to reset, recharge, and reconnect: all in the heart of downtown. Bring your besties, and let’s get moving!
