Governed by Chapter 19 of the City of Toronto’s Municipal Code, the DYBIA is an arm’s-length agency of the City
with a volunteer Board of Management comprising 12 Directors and 2 City Councillors. The term of office spans four
(4) years and aligns with the Municipal Election cycle.
DYBIA is currently accepting nominations for Directors on our Board of Management for the four (4)-year
term from 2027 to 2030.
Nominations are due by 5pm on Friday July 10, 2026. The below nomination form must be filled out and submitted for your application to be considered.
