With over 45 years of showmanship, two-time Juno nominee Jay Douglas has developed a wide-ranging repertoire of American blues, West Indian rhythms, jazz standards, fancy footwork, and plenty of stage charisma. Jay’s accolades include being named “Best R&B Act” by NOW Magazine, and “Male Reggae Vocalist of the Year” by The Annual Canadian Reggae Awards.

This year's Play the Parks will feature 50 free live, in-person concerts happening weekly from June 27 to September 7 at the following locations - College Park, Trinity Square, McGill and Granby Parkettes, Market Garden Patio at the Chelsea Hotel and the Mackenzie House; featuring a wide range of musical styles and genres by Canadian Artists.
